Improved User Experience for Second-Hand Deliveries

We champion circular models through our customer-to-customer (C2C) offering, enabling individual sellers to effortlessly use our lockers for parcel delivery while optimizing existing driving routes and reducing extra mileage. With second-hand shopping on the rise, we are thrilled to see our circular service grow!

In 2024 we made significant changes that improved the consumer experience, particularly when it comes to C2C. Communication with senders and recipients was improved in the end of 2023 and during 2024, with more clear instruction at the parcel drop-off and more specific info in the tracking link. An advancement in the calculation of the estimated time of arrival improved the accuracy, which also significantly boosted user satisfaction, making deliveries more predictable and reliable.
This is also reflected in the feedback that we receive from our partners. Plick, one of the second-hand merchants that we proudly deliver for, says:

Additionally, in 2024 we began scoping a project focused on innovative packaging solutions, including reusable options, to further improve operational efficiency, user convenience, and sustainability. Pilot-testing of reusable packaging options is planned for 2025.
Together, these achievements mark a turning point in our customer-to-customer maturity and reliability, setting the stage for continued growth and success.
