Instead of sending out a vehicle for a single parcel today, we might group it with a neighbor’s delivery tomorrow—cutting last-mile emissions by up to 70%. Of course, when speed is essential, we are ready to deliver right away. But for those who have more flexibility and want to make a more sustainable choice, we provide that option.

In 2024, we rolled out this logic in select postal codes in Malmö, Stockholm, and Gothenburg, where customers can opt out of Sunday delivery to increase delivery density on Mondays instead—offering convenience and reliability while offering a conscious choice to those who are simply not in a rush.
